You searched for "fluado vs Langdock." Both are German companies, both run in the EU, both take GDPR seriously, and both now put agents on operational work. The difference is not the category. It is who builds the agent, who keeps it correct, and who is named as the operator when a regulator asks.
What does Langdock actually give you?
Langdock gives you a platform for rolling AI out across your organisation. The Berlin company describes itself as "the platform for AI adoption," and the product is a set of building blocks your people use: Chat as a model-agnostic interface, Workflows to build automations, Agents for "custom AI for recurring tasks," Integrations, and an API. It is hosted in Europe, GDPR-compliant, and certified to ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II, with managed, private and on-premises deployment available. Governance is a separate add-on covering agent review and approval.
That is a serious platform, and it assumes something specific about you: that your organisation will adopt it. Someone decides which agents to build, builds them, tests them against your real documents, keeps them correct when the process changes, and reviews what they did. The platform gives those people good tools. It does not do their job.
What does fluado do differently?
fluado does that job. There is no platform to adopt, no seats to roll out, and no internal owner to appoint. A product specification arrives in Outlook — the agent reads it, validates it against your quality standards in SharePoint, flags the exceptions, and routes the result to the right person in Teams. Nobody on your side built it, prompted it, or logged in to check on it.
When the specification format changes, you tell us and we change the agent. That is the whole interface.
Why does the operating model matter more than the feature list?
Because a platform scales with adoption and a service scales with the process. Every employee you license on a platform is one more person who can build something — and one more person whose output somebody has to review. The bottleneck was never how fast your team can assemble agents. It is how much operational work piles up while your best people are busy with reviews, validations and exception handling.
One fluado agent handling document reviews processes every incoming file against your business rules whether your team is in the office, on holiday, or in a meeting. The work gets done because the agent does it, not because someone remembered to maintain it.
Where does your data run?
Both companies process data in the EU, so this is not where the two differ most — but the specifics are worth stating. Langdock is hosted in Europe and offers managed, private and on-premises deployment, so which configuration applies to you is something you select and verify.
For fluado there is nothing to select. The website, backend, database and authentication run on fluado's own servers in German datacentres at Hetzner in Falkenstein and Nürnberg. Model inference runs on Google Cloud Vertex AI in EU regions — Belgium and the Netherlands — under standard contractual clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The full processor list, with server locations, is published at /processors.
Who is accountable when a regulator asks?
The EU AI Act's high-risk obligations took effect on 2 August 2026. Deployer obligations follow whoever puts an autonomous system into service: the risk assessment, the human oversight arrangements, the incident logging and the documentation.
Build your agents on a platform and your organisation is the deployer of record. Langdock sells a Governance add-on precisely because that review and approval work has to happen somewhere on your side, and the models behind the agent come from third-party providers, so accountability for a given decision runs across the model vendor, the platform and your own usage policy.
fluado is the deployer and the operator. We build the agent, we run it, we log every decision, and we maintain the compliance documentation with you. One company, one audit trail, one point of accountability.
Who we are
fluado is a German company. When you work with us, you work with the founding team. Our phone number is on the website. We pick up.
We deploy AI agents that handle the operational work your team shouldn't be doing manually. Product specification reviews, compliance document processing, internal workflow automation — the work that's too complex for a script and too repetitive for your best people.

Frequently asked questions
Langdock has agents now. Doesn't that close the gap?
It changes what the gap is about. A platform agent is something your people specify, build, test and keep correct — the capability is on the platform, the work is on you, and Langdock sells agent review and approval as a separate add-on because that work is real. fluado's agents are something we build and operate against your process, and the review trail is part of the service rather than a module you staff. The question is not whether agents exist on both sides. It is whose afternoon they occupy.
Does fluado also offer a chat interface?
Yes. You can interact with fluado agents through chat — ask questions, give instructions, review what the agent has done. But the agents also work independently: processing documents, applying business rules, and routing results without waiting for a prompt. Chat is how you stay in control. The autonomous work is what gives you capacity back.
Do I need developers to use fluado?
No. We handle the technical implementation. You define what your agents should accomplish, and we deploy them. Our agents integrate with the tools you already use — Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, Slack, SAP and more — without requiring your team to write code or configure flows.
How does pricing compare?
Langdock prices per seat: a 7-day trial, Business at €25 per user per month with a €99 Business Max seat, up to 1,000 users, and custom Enterprise pricing above that. Workflows is a separate workspace add-on from €539 to €1,199 per month depending on run volume, the Governance add-on is free until 1 January 2027 and then €3.50 per user per month, and API use is billed per token. Your cost tracks headcount and volume. fluado uses transparent project-based pricing in euros, tied to the process we automate — no seats, no run counter.
