You searched for "fluado vs Mobile2b." This is the rare comparison where the other company answers the first question the same way we do: they build the agent, they run it, and you do not staff a platform to keep it alive. Both companies are German, both host in Germany, and both sell the work rather than a canvas to build it on. So the useful question is not "platform or service." It is what you are buying a unit of, and what comes attached to it when a regulator asks.
What does Mobile2b actually sell?
Mobile2b sells operations software, and managed agents are one line inside it. The Cologne company — Mobile2b GmbH, Im Mediapark 5 — describes itself with "Software that runs your operations," and its catalogue covers digital audits and inspections, Fieldcast for field reporting over messaging, Narrator for capturing operator knowledge by voice, and quality, maintenance and health-and-safety checklists. Its customer logos are large industrial names: Bayer, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, Audi, Bosch, Magna.
Managed AI Agents sits alongside that catalogue. The promise is direct: "We build, run, and maintain custom AI agents for your company." The agents connect to Microsoft 365, Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, DATEV, Lexware and customer ERP and CRM systems through APIs, and the documented use cases are quoting and invoicing, support and communication, reporting and monitoring, recruitment document review and compliance monitoring. The company states that development, hosting and support all happen in Germany, that models "run on our trusted EU servers or in your own data center," that processing and storage stay in Germany or the EU, and that role-based access, encryption and an information security management system run to ISO 27001 are included. It also presents itself regionally, as an AI agency for Cologne, Bonn and Aachen.
What are you buying a unit of?
An agent, priced by how many systems it reaches. Mobile2b publishes three tiers per agent per month: Assistant at €199 for an agent that "works in one system plus email," Specialist at €499 across two to four systems, and Expert at €899 across five or more. Setup is quoted per customer based on how many systems are connected, with custom or on-premise integration from €1,200 per system. The monthly price covers model and token costs, hosting, monitoring and incident response, model upgrades as better models ship, and "tuning and corrections within the agent's defined scope."
Read that structure for what it tells you about the boundary of the engagement: the agent's defined scope, and the count of systems it reaches.
fluado prices the process instead. A specification review that starts in Outlook, checks standards held in SharePoint, writes back to the record and notifies a person in Teams is one piece of work, not a four-system tier. When the work later needs a fifth system because your finance team moved a step into SAP, that is the same process with a new step in it — the conversation is about the step, not about a tier change. Scope is where this kind of engagement either holds or frays, so it is worth asking both vendors the same question in writing: when the process changes, what counts as tuning and what counts as a new agent?
What does fluado do differently?
fluado starts from the work and keeps the evidence. A product specification arrives in Outlook — the agent reads it, validates it against your quality standards in SharePoint, flags the exceptions, and routes the result to the right person in Teams. Nobody on your side configured a model, selected a region or logged into a console. You described the work; we built the agent that does it, and we keep it correct when the process moves.
The second half is the part a tier does not describe. Every action an agent takes lands in an append-only audit trail, and the compliance surface that reads it is part of the product rather than an export someone assembles after the fact. When someone asks why the agent rejected a specification on a Tuesday in March, that is a lookup.
Where does your data run?
For fluado there is one configuration and no region to choose. The website, backend, database and authentication run on fluado's own servers in German datacentres at Hetzner in Falkenstein and Nürnberg. Model inference runs on Google Cloud Vertex AI in EU regions — Belgium and the Netherlands — under standard contractual clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The complete list of processors, with server locations, is published at /processors, which means the answer to "name every company that can touch our data" is a URL rather than a questionnaire.
Mobile2b states processing and storage in Germany or the EU, and offers its agents either on its own EU servers or inside your data centre. Those are two different contractual pictures, and a buyer comparing them should read both processor lists side by side rather than compare the summary sentences. Ours is public.
Who is accountable when a regulator asks?
Under the EU AI Act, deployer obligations for an autonomous system follow whoever puts it into service — the risk assessment, the human oversight arrangements, the incident logging and the technical documentation. That allocation does not change because a vendor operates the agent for you. It is decided in the contract and evidenced by whoever actually holds the record.
fluado treats that as part of the service. We deploy the agents, we build the audit trails, we maintain the compliance documentation, and we share the deployer record with you. Neither Mobile2b's agent page nor its homepage states a position on the EU AI Act, so if you are shortlisting on regulatory readiness, ask for that position in writing from everyone on the list, including us. The answer you want is not "we are compliant." It is a named obligation, a named owner, and the artefact that proves it.
Who we are
fluado is a German company. When you work with us, you work with the founding team. Our phone number is on the website. We pick up.
If your challenge is operational — document reviews, compliance checks, specification management — and you want the process handled with the record to show for it, that is what we built fluado for.

Frequently asked questions
Both of you build and run the agents. What actually differs?
The unit you buy and what is attached to it. Mobile2b sells an agent in a tier set by how many systems it reaches, from €199 to €899 per agent per month, with tuning inside the agent's defined scope included. fluado sells the process: one piece of work that may cross six systems, with the audit trail and the compliance documentation as part of the engagement rather than a separate product line. Ask both of us the same scope question in writing before you compare prices.
€199 a month is a published number. Why doesn't fluado publish one?
Because the thing we price is the process, and processes are not interchangeable. A specification review with four approval paths and a quarterly-changing standard is not the same work as an inbox triage, and a tier that fits one would misprice the other in both directions. Tell us the process and you get a number for that process, with what it includes written down.
We already run Mobile2b's audit and inspection software. Doesn't one vendor for everything win?
One vendor covers the systems that vendor already runs. What that does not settle is the work crossing outside them — the mail thread, the shared drive, the ERP record, the approval in Teams — which is where most operational processes actually live and where the regulatory questions land. fluado builds inside the systems you already use, whoever supplied them, and holds one record across all of them.
Our ISO 27001 requirement is non-negotiable. Does fluado have it?
No, and we would rather say so plainly than imply it. Mobile2b states an ISO 27001 information security management system; fluado does not hold that certificate today. What we hold instead is the operating evidence: our own servers in Germany, a published processor list with locations, an append-only audit trail, human approval before anything sensitive, and compliance documentation maintained as part of the service. If your requirement is the certificate itself, say so on the call and we will tell you straight away whether we fit.
